VOLUNTEERS

Many parent volunteers are needed to make the DYS program a success!

Every DYS family is expected to provide 2 dozen cookies to one of the concerts’ afterglows and volunteer for another duty at least once during the season.  In addition, parents are expected to provide ongoing DYS program management support.

Volunteer areas may include but are not limited to the following:

Backstage monitors during concerts
Rehearsal attendance monitor
Audition monitors
Afterglow & refreshment assistance
Website (Web-master)
Friends of DYS program assistance
Concert programs
Data list maintenance (membership lists, etc.)
Annual DYS Membership Flier
Board of Directors positions
Communications
Fundraising for the DYS
Community outreach coordination
